Upon first entering Cynthia’s personal care home for a tour, I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness and comfortable space that was present. After the tour and having a very in depth conversation with Cynthia and her staff, I knew this would be my top pick for our dad. No matter when I visited, the clean environment and top notch care was consistently evident. Never once was my dad’s care found to be lacking. I can confidently affirm that this was true for each of the residents in this very personal care space. The loving care my dad received was always present, even until the end. I 100% endorse and highly recommend Expert Care for The Needy as a highly viable resource for families seeking care for their loved ones.

Truly, there is not enough space and time to express my gratitude and admiration for Expert Care for the Needy and the owner Cynthia. In what is a difficult time seeing your loved one age and lose independence, there is a sense of comfort that comes with talking to Cynthia. The accommodations are kept extremely clean and it always smells fresh upon entering the homes. (That is a rare find!) She is extremely knowledgeable and caring along with her staff. They became like family for me and my dad. She made sure to get him up so he wasn't always in his room. She took extra care with preparing his food (he needed soft items.) It was an emotional and stressful process to see my dad decline, but Cynthia provided a sense of comfort and peace knowing that since I couldn't manage to take care of him at home, he was in excellent hands with her. I highly recommend Expert Care for the Needy. It was the most positive experience that you can have if you are in need of a personal care home. 5 stars across the boards.

I had given up hope in finding a place that was the right fit (clean, responsive, nurturing, caring, and all-around efficient). I don't feel guilty, but deeply grateful that such a place exists to care for my husband. He is well-fed, safe, his medical needs are met, and other people are there with which to socialize. My dad has been at this wonderful home since February 2025. Cynthia's Expert Care for the Needy home is a breath of fresh air. My mom and I had lost hope in finding a place that truly cares and nurtures their residents. Cynthia and Hafsa are God-sends. The home is always clean, the residents are healthy, happy and well-cared for. We don't worry about my dad because we really know he is in good hands. If you are looking for a care home that is immaculate, responsible, loving and all around professional for your loved one, make sure you visit this wonderful home.

My Mother has been resident since Feb, 2025. I visit about 4 times a week and her continuing decline due to Alzheimer's is heartbreaking. I find comfort in the facts of her faith and the care she receives at Help For The Needy.

Really hardworking staff! Staff is always trying improve the environment to make the best possible environment for their residents! Highly encourage trying Expert Care this business is slowly expanding as expected! Will not disappoint!
